The AAF-1000 has been specifically designed to provide a high resolution and highly repeatable, means of controlling the focus / Z position of the microscope stage. Precise control of the microscope's focus is obtained through the use of a step DC servomotor employing high resolution encoders for positioning feedback. By using image control of the focus position, there is no chance that the focus point can be lost as can occur with stepper motors. With the circuit control instead of PC control, the auto focus system outputs images through TV monitor or projector, therefore it is very easy and availability and can be used in all kinds of microscope observation system with z-axis control.

A easy-fits design, when installed, they become an integral part of the microscope. When disengaged, the microscope can be focused manually without any drag or twisting cables. Installation of the Z-axis drive requires no modification to the microscope.depending on the particular microscope. All of the necessary hardware components and detailed instructions are provided with every unit.(The inside fitting diameter of the sleeve is designed to be slightly larger than the coarse knob, provided the lock screws have not been tightened and are compressing the sleeve.The controller is factory configured to drive the focus motor in the correct direction when mounted to the left hand side of an upright microscope. If the right hand coarse control knob is preferred by the user or the focus drive is to be mounted on an inverted microscope, the motor direction need not to be changed. It will still get the correct focus position.)
 
AAF-1000 Microscope auto focus system provides several kinds observation methods,  monocular, binocular, dual-viewing observation and  trinocular image acquisition by digital CCD camera / eyepiece. It is easy to use z-axis control both in observation and auto focus processes. The auto focus system consists of digital CCD camera / eyepiece, z-axis controller and auto focus circuit controller, and it can be widely used in rapid detection application in biology and semiconductor industry

AAF-1000系统可对显微镜Z轴进行高分辨率控制、高精度重复定位,自动搜寻图像焦平面。主机采用日本进口直流步进伺服电机,通过图像信号的反馈,自动搜寻清晰的焦平面,实现自动聚焦。配合外部键盘控制,在转换不同倍率的物镜或者更换样品后,您只需轻点按键,清晰画面即可呈现。图像可通过监视器屏幕或者投影机大屏幕实时显现。适用于会议演示、教育教学、医学科研、自动化操作及特殊环境用途。

简易的安装设计,可以快速的与任何复式光学显微镜进行衔接,形成一个整体。安装Z轴控制器,不需要对显微镜进行任何破坏和改造,拆卸时亦无须专业工具,没有复杂的连线,瞬间恢复显微镜原貌。是真正意义上的即插即用。无论您的显微镜是正置的还是倒置的光学系统,安装都同样简便,不需要改变安装方向和位置,因为内置的步进电机及控制系统是一个智能的反馈系统,可以自动辨别运行方向。

AAF-1000系统可以安装在各种显微镜上使用,所搭载的CCD摄像系统具有标准的镜筒接口,无论是单目显微镜、示教显微镜、双目显微镜还是三目显微镜,都可以立即配合起来使用。通过AV接口与监视器或者投影机相连,传送实时的画面。
